Waterfront Nostalgia

An elevated view from the corner of Front and Adams Streets in DUMBO, Brooklyn. It used to be an industrial neighborhood with starving artists living in vacant or abandoned spaces 20 years ago. There weren't sidewalks on any street in the neighborhood since most buildings had loading docks on the ground level. Nowadays, numerous old and new buildings boast luxury lofts/condos, with monthly rents for a 1-bedroom apartment averaging around $5,000. Ain't that a bxxxx! ∞NFS
